Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a skilled anesthesia provider for hospital assignments in Downey, California. The position covers general anesthesia for adults, ENT, and orthopedic cases in a hospital setting with required hospital privileges.

You’ll work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri) with pager calls, one weekend pager per month, and enjoy paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing. Weatherby offers ongoing consultant support and a simple online time-entry portal.

Qualifications

• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• General anesthesia procedures for adult, ENT, and orthopedic cases.
• Willing to cover pager calls and flexible 4x10 hour shifts.
• Hospital privileges must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for adults, ENT, and orthopedic patients in a hospital setting.
• Cover 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri) with pager calls.
• Participate in weekend pager calls (1 weekend per month).
• Coordinate with Weatherby consultant and document time in online portal.
