Curative is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a physician-only group on California's Central Coast. Based in San Luis Obispo, the role offers a full-scope practice, light call, and a two-year path to partnership with a physician-owned group.

Expect compensation of 600K-800K plus a 50K sign-on bonus and up to 10 weeks of vacation. The candidate should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, hold MD or DO with a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• MD or DO with a valid U.S. medical license.
• Comfortable with OB, central lines, and regional blocks; training available.

Responsibilities

• Full-scope practice covering bread-and-butter, ortho, vascular, GI, cardiac, and trauma across hospitals and ASCs.
• 40-hour workweeks with 1 weekday and 1 weekend call per month, often from home.
