Protouch Staffing is seeking an Anesthesiologist for Fresno/Clovis, CA. This full-time (1099) position offers a lucrative $600K-$900K annual compensation, a $25K sign-on bonus, and partnership from day one. Schedule is Monday-Friday with weekend call; average 6 weeks off per year, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Active California medical license or eligibility.
• ACLS preferred.
• OB, regional anesthesia, and trauma experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care and perform preoperative evaluations.
• Develop and manage appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and other forms of anesthesia.
• Provide care across various surgical and procedural cases.
• Participate in 24-hour from-home OR call and 24-hour in-house OB/trauma call.
• Participate in weekend call every 2-3 weeks.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety.
