Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont.

The position offers a full-time day shift with occasional weekday call shifts and a strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited Anesthesiology residency, holds or is eligible for Vermont licensure, and maintains ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Current ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month on average).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive group of Anesthesiologists working alongside CAAs and CRNAs in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
