Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont. This is a full-time role with a day shift and an average of 3–4 weekday call shifts per month.

You will provide general, regional, and MAC anesthesia, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, and work closely with surgeons, CAAs, CRNAs, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing/privileges.
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based anesthesia model.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive group of Anesthesiologists working alongside CAAs and CRNAs in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month on average)
