Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Rutland, Vermont seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital. You will oversee general, regional, and MAC anesthesia with thorough pre- and post-anesthesia care.

The role supports a day shift with 3–4 weekday call shifts monthly, visa eligibility, sign-on/retention bonus, generous vacation, CME allowance, health benefits, retirement plans, and relocation

Qualifications

• MD or DO trained in Anesthesiology with residency completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Licensed or eligible for Vermont medical license.
• ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based anesthesia model.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month on average).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive group of Anesthesiologists working alongside CAAs and CRNAs in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
