SCI Anesthesia Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist Assistant to provide anesthesia care under the direction of anesthesiologists at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Anesthesiologist Assistant license issued by the state of Wisconsin required.
• Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA-C) certification within 18 months.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer various anesthetics under the direction of an anesthesiologist.
• Monitor patient reactions and vital signs during and after anesthesia.
• Perform pre-anesthesia functions including patient assessments.
• Responsible for narcotic medication accounting and distribution.
