We are a growing, office-based pediatric dental anesthesia group seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist to join our established and expanding team. With 40 anesthesiologists and counting, we are committed to a model of care that prioritizes safety, autonomy, and professional satisfaction.

Compensation Overview
Base Salary: $600,000
Quarterly Productivity Bonuses:

$7,500 average daily revenue = $2,500 bonus
$8,000 average daily revenue = $5,000 bonus
Travel Bonuses:

5 days of travel beyond 2 hours from home = $5,000 bonus
10 days of travel beyond 2 hours from home = $10,000 bonus
