Job summary

Freeman Health System in Southwest Missouri seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a hospital‑employed role. The team includes CRNAs and CAAs, with 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage across a broad case mix including OB, Cardiac, Neuro, GI, Peds and Ortho.

You may supervise as well as perform your own cases in a multi-facility system, with start bonuses, relocation support, and paid malpractice/tail coverage. Epic EMR implementation is planned for Oct 2026.

• We are seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a hospital employed position;
• Work with CRNAs and CAAs in a team focused atmosphere;
• 340 bed; Level II trauma center; service area of 450,000 with residents from MO, KS, OK, and AR;
• Broad spectrum of cases including OB, Cardiac, Neuro, GI, Peds, Ortho;
• Opportunities to supervise as well as perform own cases;
• Anesthesiology service in-house 24/7
• Main hospital campus houses 9-OR, 3 CVOR, and 2 L&D suites;
• ASC houses 4-OR suites and 2-procedure rooms, in addition to 2-OR suites located at our Orthopedic Surgery Center;
• Eight general anesthesiologists, two CV anesthesiologists, one pre-op clinic anesthesiologist;
• Flexible shift-based schedule with ample vacation time;
