Job description

Seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join a reputable medical team in the Houma, LA area near New Orleans.

Responsibilities include providing anesthesia for various surgical specialties such as general, orthopedics, urology, and GI, collaborating with CRNAs, conducting pre-op evaluations, managing perioperative anesthesia, responding to emergencies, and delivering regional anesthesia and pain management.

Ideal candidates will have an MD/DO from an accredited institution, BC/BE in Anesthesiology, and be eligible for Louisiana licensure. Experience supervising CRNAs and strong teamwork skills are preferred.

Compensation includes an annual salary of $515,000 with bonuses, sign-on and relocation assistance, student loan repayment options, full benefits, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and post-call days off.
