Partnership Track

Unique opportunity to join the reputable Trinity Division of USAP in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco as a partner track physician.

Case Mix

• Ortho/spine
• Gen surg
• OB/Gyn
• Basic trauma (level 2)
• Urology
• Rare neuro
• No hearts, no peds

Details

• Comfortable personally managing a variety of OR cases, OB/neuraxial, and basic nerve blocks.
• Ability to work effectively in hospital and fast-paced ASC settings.
• Comfortable with CRNA supervision and OR board management.

Job Highlights

• 3-year partnership track
• Compensation: 75%, 80%, 85% of partner earnings
• Expected minimum earning of $400k in Year 1
• Additional earning opportunities available
• $50k comprehensive benefits

• Post-partnership: stock options and profit-sharing to increase earnings potential
