Job Opportunity: Anesthesiologist at Mayo Clinic Health System - Southeast Minnesota

The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic Health System in Southeast Minnesota is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our practice. This position will primarily be based at our Austin location with additional coverage at other southeastern Minnesota locations. Mayo Clinic Health System links to Mayo Clinic's renowned expertise in patient care, research, and education, with community-focused multi-specialty groups across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. The system includes over 950 physicians practicing in 75 communities.

Our region provides comprehensive services including chronic, urgent, and preventative care. We are dedicated to inspiring hope and promoting health and well-being by delivering the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and research. Our growing system offers:

• Multi-specialty clinics and an attached hospital
• A team of 6 Anesthesiologists and 1 Pain Medicine Physician
• Call schedule of 1:6 from home, starting at 3:00 p.m., with a post-call day off
• A practice that includes orthopedic, urology, general, ENT, pediatric, and gynecologic surgeries, along with a new family birth center supporting a busy OB practice

• Close collaboration with the Mayo Clinic Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in Rochester, MN

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Anesthesiology; PALS, NRP, ACLS, and BLS Certifications
