Job Overview

This full-time position includes a sign-on bonus based on your eligibility and experience.

Sign-on Bonus Details:

• 0-1 Years of Experience: 2-year commitment $10,000; 3-year commitment $12,000
• 1-2 Years of Experience: 2-year commitment $10,000; 3-year commitment $17,000
• 2+ Years of Experience: 2-year commitment $15,000; 3-year commitment $25,000

General Overview

Assists anesthesia personnel with the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment used during peri-operative procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to anesthesia personnel during preparation and insertion of invasive monitoring equipment. (30%)
• Ensures all anesthetizing locations are ready. (30%)
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Anesthesia workroom. (15%)
• Manages equipment, supplies, and medication according to guidelines to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. (15%)
• Participates in hospital, division, and department activities. (10%)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• CPR – American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Previous anesthesia technician experience
• Certification as Anesthesia Technician (Cert. A.T.)
