Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a dedicated anesthesia technician in Salisbury, NC to support the anesthesia team across procedures. The role is full-time with schedule options of 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm and requires strong sterilization, packing, and equipment readiness.

You will work closely with nursing staff, anesthesia colleagues, and off-site resources to ensure patient safety. Education required is a High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of experience preferred and competency testing.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; understands cleaning and disinfecting anesthesia equipment; inventory and ordering to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Assists the anesthesia team prior to, during, and after procedures across Novant Health.
• Proficient in sterilization, maintenance, packing, and resupply of complex anesthesia supplies and emergency equipment.
