Job summary

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesia team. This full-time, 1.0 FTE role involves preparing equipment, monitoring lines, infusion sets, and other tasks critical to the operative suite.

Work shifts include 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., with rotation roughly every three months. Prior OR experience and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience in an accredited hospital with operating room or as an Anesthesia Technician.
• Completion of Anesthesia Technology Degree can substitute for 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up equipment and supplies for each surgical case, connect monitoring lines and prepare infusion sets.
• Assist with prepping and opening supplies before surgery and support anesthesia providers as needed.
