Job summary

Eisenhower Health is seeking an anesthesia technician to support surgeons and anesthesiologists in routine and complex procedures in the operating rooms. The role requires BLS and at least two years of experience in an OR, sterile processing, or a direct patient care setting.

Preferred ASATT certification and experience in a healthcare procedural department. On-call work is required, with responsibilities across locations where anesthesia is administered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in operating room or sterile processing.
• BLS certification required; ASATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists for routine and complex cases.
• Set up and maintain anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.
• Support patient transport and positioning.
• Maintain sterile fields and assist with invasive and non-invasive monitoring.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and infection-control policies are followed.
