Job summary

Qualifications

• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Abides by and enforces all compliance requirements and policies and performs these responsibilities in an ethical manner consistent with the organization's values.
• Interacts cooperatively with doctors, nurses and other workers in the operating room and assists anesthesia staff as needed.
• Maintains anesthesia equipment and supplies, including daily checks and inventory management.
• Sets up IV solutions and blood warmers; cleans and prepares anesthesia work station between cases.
• Maintains sterile, clean and fully stocked anesthesia carts and related equipment; reports equipment issues promptly.
