Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to assist the anesthesia care provider with equipment handling, preparation, and usage for routine and complex cases at our Tampa, Florida campus.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred Associate's degree and Basic Life Support (BLS). Cer.A.T. certification is preferred, and compensation reflects the posted salary range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Cer.A.T. (Certified Anesthesia Technician) preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the anesthesia care provider with acquiring, preparing and use of equipment and supplies.
• Assists with special procedures and provides support in anesthesia for routine and complex surgical/procedural cases.
