Job summary

Emplify Health in Winona, MN is seeking a compassionate healthcare teammate for a 0.5 FTE role with rotating day and PM shifts. The position involves weekend/holiday rotation and on-call duties, based at our Winona location.

Required credentials include a Minnesota CNA or any listed EMS certification (NREMT, NREMT-P, EMT-B) or an associate degree in anesthesia technology as substitution. Starting hourly pay is competitive and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS for healthcare workers certification.
• CNA in MN or EMT in WI/NREMT variants; EMT-B or paramedic acceptable.
• Anesthesia Technology associate may substitute for certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week) on rotating day/PM shifts.
• Participate in weekend/holiday rotations and on-call schedule.
• Provide care at the Winona location.

What You Do

• 0.5 FTE, 40 hours bi-weekly
• Rotation of Day and PM shifts: 500am-1:30pm, 600am-2:30pm, 6:30am-3:00pm, 6:45am -3:15pm ,11:00am-7:30pm and 1:30pm-10:00pm
• Weekend/holiday rotation- on-call (about every other month or so)
• Location: Winona

What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• BLS for healthcare workers
• Minnesota Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR
• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMT) OR
• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (NREMT-P) OR
• Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) OR
• An associate degree in Anesthesia Technology can be accepted in lieu of certification
