Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery OR by cleaning and restocking anesthesia machines and equipment. The role assists in keeping the workroom clean and ensures inventory of drugs and supplies is maintained. Basic Life Support is required to qualify for this position.

Candidates may have 6 months of healthcare experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. EOE.

Overview

The Anesthesia Technician carries out the cleaning and restocking of anesthesia machines, carts, and equipment in the Operating Room and the Labor and Delivery Operating Room.

Assists in maintaining a clean and efficient workroom and maintains the inventory of drugs, supplies, and equipment. Basic Life Support Required.
