Job summary

AdventHealth in Chatsworth, GA is seeking an Anesthesia Tech to assist anesthesia providers with patient care and equipment setup. You will help maintain sterile technique, prepare the operating room for procedures, and support the anesthesia team with ongoing monitoring and equipment readiness.

The role requires completion of a recognized anesthesia tech program and a current BLS certification; preferred are additional certifications and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Anesthesia Technology training program.
• BLS certification required.
• Anesthesia Tech Certification preferred or Cer. A.T.T.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring and airway management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment and ensure supplies are in stock.
• Set up operating room for cases and prepare invasive monitoring equipment.
• Provide peri-operative technical support and assist with emergent procedures.
• Help procure and operate specialized anesthesia equipment and supplies.
