AdventHealth in DADE CITY, FL is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesia providers during surgical procedures. You will assist with patient assessment, airway management, equipment setup, and readiness of monitoring devices.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, anesthesia tech training, and basic life support. You will ensure stock, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a safe operating room environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate degree or technical/vocational training preferred.
• Completion of an Anesthesia Technology training program required.
• 1+ year experience as anesthesia tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with patient assessment and airway management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment.
• Ensure inventory of supplies remains in stock.
• Provide peri-operative support and assist with case preparations.
• Set up operating room and monitor equipment for procedures.
