Job summary

UnityPoint Clinic in Waterloo, IA is actively recruiting an Anesthesiologist to join our team and provide care across diverse cases in a fully integrated Epic EMR environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesia.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Cover a variety of cases including general, urology, neurosurgery, ortho, podiatry, and OB as well as OR procedures.
• Open a 16-bed ICU with intensivist support.
• Collaborative Hospitalist team.
• Post-call off, great work-life balance in a team environment.
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and communicative work style.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Post 1 st call off, great work/life balance, collaborative group, and positive work environment

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesia
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of State
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
