Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a regional private practice in Arkansas with a diversified case mix. Enjoy 17 weeks off per year, a 1099 compensation structure with a base pay of $628,000, and a schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

Board Certified or Board Eligible required; Arkansas medical license required or ability to obtain it. Cases include ortho, OB/GYN, general, urology, cath, neuro, GI, vascular, ophthalmology, ENT, and bariatrics; daily staffing

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesia
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Ability to obtain/maintain Arkansas medical license
• US residency with current US work visa (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for case types including Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT & Bariatric
• Staffing: daily MD plus 5 CRNAs across 4 ORs with dedicated C-section room
• MDs cover primary call and manage a moderate to high case volume

ROLE

• 17 weeks off
• 2 weeks on, 1 week of schedule
• Case types include: Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT & Bariatric
• Daily staffing: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs (supports 4 ORs plus dedicated C-section room)
• MDs covering primary call
• Moderate to high case volume, offering diverse and engaging clinical practice
