Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Anesthesia Equipment Tech for Piper Surgery Center in Scottsdale. The role involves operating, inspecting, and calibrating anesthesia equipment, and supporting anesthesia providers during surgical cases.

You will prepare and maintain monitoring devices and delivery systems, coordinate maintenance, and ensure readiness of equipment for procedures in a fast-paced OR environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates in healthcare, electronics or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years anesthesia tech, equipment tech or surgical technician/technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates, inspects, troubleshoots, and calibrates equipment in the OR setting.
• Maintains equipment inventory and coordinates preventive maintenance.
• Assists licensed anesthesia providers in acquisition, preparation and application of equipment for anesthesia.
• Cleans, sterilizes, and stocks routine anesthesia equipment and supplies.
