Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks an anesthesia technician to assist the anesthesiology team with general and regional anesthesia, maintain equipment, and stock supplies in the operating rooms. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to work closely with clinicians.

Job Overview

To operate as part of the anesthesia team by assisting the anesthesiologist and the CRNA in the administration and maintenance of general and regional anesthesia, by maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting various equipment needs, and by stocking and maintaining par levels of all anesthesia supplies.

Job Expectations

Required Qualifications

License/Certification/Registration

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience

• 1 year of health or patient care related experience with 6 months experience in an operating room.
