Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture roles.
• Strong Android / AOSP / Android SDK experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Embedded systems / IoT exposure (nice to have).
• Strong system design and architectural thinking.
• Ability to operate in complex, global environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of Android-based platform services and SDKs.
• Define scalable, modular, and future-proof system design patterns.
• Drive development across Kotlin, Java, C/C++, and Python.
• Collaborate with global engineering, product, UX, and hardware teams.
• Guide CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure security, privacy, and performance standards are met.
• Stay hands-on with code, reviews, and technical problem solving.
• Lead a distributed engineering team and grow technical talent.
