Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in South Carolina is seeking a friendly Server/To Go staff member to guide guests through our menu, upsell items, and deliver a high-energy dining experience in a cool atmosphere.

We value a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility for AM/PM and weekend shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to learn the POS system. Interviews open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2 PM–4 PM; bring documents for Form I-9.

Job Summary:

Join the Wild Wing Cafe team as a Server/To Go staff member in a cool and upbeat atmosphere. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a guest-oriented mindset to guide guests through our menu and suggestively sell food and beverages.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude

• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn the computer system/POS navigation
• Knowledge and comprehension of beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility and availability to work AM, PM, and weekend shifts
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through the menu and suggestive selling
• Perform a variety of side work tasks
• Learn the computer system/POS navigation
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle monetary transactions accurately

Additional Information:

• Open interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM - 4 PM.
• Bring documents to complete the Form I-9 if selected after the interview (passport, driver's license, and Social Security card).
