Job summary

Ganir & Co. is seeking an Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, banquet and public areas for a luxury hotel in Hawaii. The role requires handling cleaning equipment and performing routine sanitation throughout shifts.

Experience in housekeeping or commercial kitchen cleaning is preferred. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, banquet and public areas of the hotel.
• Use cleaning equipment such as steam cleaner, pressure washer, wet/dry vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and polish floors.
• Wipe and clean baseboards, walls and windows.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Sanitize and stock restrooms frequently.
• Thoroughly clean small and large kitchen appliances.
• Clean all utensils to meet sanitation requirements.
• Provide excellent service to hotel guests at all times.
• Clean commercial kitchens with appropriate tools, chemicals and procedures.

The Overnight Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, banquet and public areas of the hotel.

• Properly use cleaning equipment such as steam cleaner, pressure washer, wet/dry vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber, etc.
