Job summary

Orkin is hiring for hands-on roles requiring construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience. The position offers paid training, a path to leadership, and stable work in a recession-resistant industry.

You’ll protect homes and businesses while learning through company-paid training and a supportive team environment. You’ll inspect and install pest protection systems across sites, work with a crew, and may perform attic/crawlspace services and light carpentry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components is needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record is required.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a task.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.

• Communicate clearly with customers.
