What You’ll Do
  • Oversee operation and maintenance activities for all ancillary and auxiliary systems
  • Review, prioritize, and plan non‑emergency maintenance work orders
  • Develop integrated maintenance schedules for preventive maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, materials, and contractor support for maintenance work
  • Ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are available to respond to emergency situations
  • Work with Facility Managers to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor maintenance work completion and ensure accurate documentation of completed work orders
  • Conduct post‑job reviews and support continuous improvement of maintenance programs
  • Support equipment reliability initiatives and recommend improvements to maintenance and inventory practices
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and waste‑handling procedures
  • Lead and support continuous training initiatives for ancillary operators and maintenance personnel
  • Promote Lean manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain safe operations and enforce company safety procedures and regulations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations experience
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning software
  • Strong understanding of industrial utility and ancillary systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional maintenance activities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to respond to operational needs in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Facilities Operating Engineer License preferred
  • Experience supporting large‑scale manufacturing or industrial facilities
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams in a manufacturing environment
Your Work Schedule

This is a full‑time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Additional hours and on‑call support may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.
