As theAncillary Director at Paragon Prep, you will oversee the school’s non‑academic programs and experiences, including before‑and‑after‑school programming, summer camp, field trips, school events, safety initiatives, vendor partnerships, and the student Colleges program.
You will collaborate with school leadership, teachers, families, and external partners to create engaging programs and ensure their successful execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technologically proficient, and capable of managing multiple initiatives from planning through completion.
