Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and collections preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software and standard bookkeeping practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Post receivables into accounting software subsequent to appropriate research of the payment.
• Process credit card payments for monthly storage after verifying invoices have been generated and posted to accounting software.
• Ensure collections efforts are conducted according to the regulations of the State of Alaska and the state within which the customer resides.
• Assemble paperwork to send to attorney for collection purposes, as needed.
• Work assigned shifts.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.
