BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX in the United States. This exclusive, paid residency is the only program in home care to be accredited by the ANCC Commission on Accreditation.

The program includes paid training, shadowing, and weekly pay. After 6 weeks of training, scheduling becomes more flexible, with case assignments near your home and around-the-clock clinical support by phone.

Formación

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
