Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyzer, instrumentation, process control, or related maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, inspect, and maintain process analyzers and analyzer systems
• Maintain gas chromatographs, process analyzers, analyzer shelters, and sample conditioning systems
• Support startup, shutdown, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities associated with analyzer equipment
• Troubleshoot instrumentation associated with analyzer systems
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting associated with analyzer equipment
• Develop analyzer maintenance procedures and improve existing procedures
• Maintain accurate analyzer calibration, inspection, and maintenance records
• Collaborate with Operations, Reliability, and Engineering teams to improve analyzer performance and reliability
• Perform preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance activities
• Identify reliability opportunities and recommend equipment upgrades and improvements
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for analyzer support, services, and replacement parts
• Support Team-Based Maintenance initiatives and reliability improvements
