Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or consulting in a data-driven or technology-forward environment.
• Strong executive presence and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence across regions, cultures, functions, and senior executives.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business decisions, with KPI and dashboard experience.
• Proven track record developing roadmaps and prioritizing a portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Analytics leadership team to manage the organization’s operating rhythm, planning cycles, leadership meetings, reviews, all-hands and offsites.
• Create visibility into priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across the portfolio.
• Drive decisions, strengthen accountability, and improve day-to-day effectiveness.
• Translate analytics, AI initiatives, and business results into clear executive narratives.
• Connect insights to business implications and strategic tradeoffs for leaders to decide.
• Develop presentations and decision materials for senior leadership forums.
• Surface AI use cases and products across Analytics and demonstrate value created.
• Educate and inspire teams through showcases, forums, playbooks, and peer learnings.
• Establish shared practices and measure adoption and value across the organization.
• Build relationships across functions, regions, and leadership to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• Evangelize the work through executive updates and organization-wide forums.
• Translate enterprise needs into clear Analytics priorities and roadmaps.
• Promote Analytics AI products and capabilities and track adoption and impact.
