Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Изучать данные на сайтах клиентов и готовить отчёты в Google Sheets и аналитических системах (GA4).
• Обнаруживать аномалии в данных и находить причинно-следственные связи.
• Коммуницировать с менеджерами проектов для адаптации ключевых отчётов под нужды клиента.
• Поддерживать базу данных отчётов и обеспечивать актуальность документации.

Job description

Описание: Spiralyze is the largest A/B testing company in the United States. We run experiments on our clients’ websites to figure out what actually gets customers to buy. We use proprietary data, scraped from hundreds of thousands of tests across the web, to predict what will win for each client before a test even launches. You are a detective investigating client web analytics data to shape our understanding of what is happening on their website.

Задачи:

• Study client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, Analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4), CRM Tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.), etc. Detect data anomalies and find root causes.
• Communicate with project managers to adjust key reports tailored to specific client needs
• Maintain a database of reports to ensure up-to-date documentation
• Use data analysis to find the best opportunities on the client page for A/B testing

Требования:

• Google Sheets. Strong working knowledge. English Communication. Fluent in spoken and written English. Learning. Quick learner who can adapt to a wide range of client tools.
• Data Literacy. Strong understanding of how data works and high attention to detail.
• Будет плюсом: Analytics & CRM Tools. Familiarity with GA4 and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is a plus; Experience. Around 1 year of experience in analytics is a plus
