Job summary

University of South Florida (USF) IT Information Technology is seeking a student to design, implement and support analytics for IT Service Management in a hybrid Tampa location. You will help with data analysis, metrics generation and reporting to drive improvements across IT services.

The role requires active USF enrollment with four semesters remaining and strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be current USF student with at least four semesters remaining before graduation during the appointed semester.
• Good communications, organizational, interpersonal (teamwork).
• Experience with service desk workflows, processes, and metrics.
• Experience with data/process analysis, ETL/ELT.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, Azure-Synapse, SQL and JQL.
