Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Python or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, CS, IS, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; advanced degree preferred.

We’re looking for an Advanced Analytics Translator who can bridge the gap between our data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, turning complex analytics into practical solutions that drive better decisions.

In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll:

• Translate business challenges into actionable data and analytics opportunities
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and operational teams
• Help shape analytics solutions from initial problem definition through deployment
• Evaluate analytical approaches, including predictive analytics and machine learning
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Communicate technical concepts in a way that business stakeholders can understand and act on
• Help ensure analytics solutions are successfully adopted and embedded into the business
