An innovative firm is seeking an Analytics Manager to drive data strategies for Medicare. This role involves leading a talented analytics engineering team, collaborating with health plans, and transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for improving healthcare access. With a commitment to healthcare affordability, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on millions of Medicare beneficiaries. Join a forward-thinking company that values collaboration and innovation in the healthcare space.
We’re on a mission to help people better access and afford care.
Every day, millions of people and their loved ones need to see a doctor. For most of us, that moment is uncertain — unsure of what’s wrong, who to go to, how long it’ll take to be seen, when we’ll feel better, and what it’ll cost.
Paytient partners with thoughtful employers and health plans that understand the impact of that moment and want to ensure that all their plan members can easily access and afford care. Our clients recognize that improving self-pay options for care influences patient behavior and adds value for health plans. This belief is increasingly becoming a standard in health plan design and is now a required capability in some government health plans. Founded in 2018, Paytient is now part of nearly 6,000 employer health plans, helping ensure people can access and afford care.
As an Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with Paytient’s data, product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive data disbursement and innovation. This role, focusing on our expanding Medicare business, will involve partnering directly with health plans and PBMs to operationalize data strategies for the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) in 2025 and beyond.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in data analytics, engineering, and product management, with a proven track record in greenfield environments.
Since 2018, Paytient has been committed to healthcare access and affordability. This role is vital to our growth and our ability to serve millions of Medicare beneficiaries through the M3P program.
Our "remote with roots" model allows us to work where we thrive and gather as needed, often in our Columbia, Missouri office. This role can be performed anywhere in the continental U.S. except Montana.
