Job summary

Amazon Relay is seeking a Business Analyst II to build analytics frameworks and maintain reporting for the carrier lifecycle. You will own carrier engagement metrics and load KPIs, writing SQL against large datasets and designing dashboards in Tableau and QuickSight.

You will partner with Product Managers and Operations to define success metrics, diagnose drop-off, and present insights to senior leadership to guide capacity and automation decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience in tax, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with SQL and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier lifecycle analytics across all stages and develop acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn metrics.
• Build load execution analytics covering acceptance rates, on-time performance, dwell time, disruption rates, and payment cycle health.
• Create interactive dashboards in QuickSight and Tableau and enable exploration with calculated fields and filters.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and ensure data quality.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate hypotheses into measurable experiments and recommend priorities.
