Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Analytics Lead to join its Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) business. This role focuses on delivering complex technology projects in semiconductor, data center, and life sciences sectors, supporting multiple business leads across projects.

Reporting to PIIM Manager, the role requires building insightful analytics, automating reports, and ensuring data quality. You will collaborate with functional teams and drive data-driven decision making across Bechtel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leveraging Power BI to drive insights and analytics is required.
• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Oversee analytics projects, set priorities, and manage timelines.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and security.
• Create paginated reports using Power BI Report Server.
• Work with large datasets, perform ETL, and build SQL views.
• Train users and support enterprise reporting as a Super-User.
