Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
This role will serve as a key partner to the People Partner of the Business Line / Function they support, serving as an internal consultant on JLL’s strategic HR priorities. Working primarily with People Partners and Business Leaders, this role will lead HR analytics efforts in driving data-based decision making. They will also play a key role in managing HR projects related to analytics and innovation, tracking progress from a project management perspective, and presenting findings to HR and business leadership. This position will activate and lead cross-functional teams, using influence and analytical thinking to generate answers, solutions, and data-based stories.
Business Acumen
- Understands deeply the core principles and strategies of supported business line/functional areas, including operations and core processes, market best practices and research, business strategy, financials, and stays on top of ongoing Leadership Team priorities
- Supports HR and Business leaders in connecting HR strategy to business outcomes
- Keen ability to navigate and facilitate productive conversations with Sr. Leaders and Executive, as well as forge productive, close relationships with key stakeholders and peers
Consulting and Analytics
- Serves as a People Data and Analytics subject matter expert (SME), leveraging human capital and business data to design and develop analytical reports that provide meaningful and actionable insights to Business Line/Function to address people-related business challenges
- Demonstrates a consultative, innovation-oriented approach to data analysis and interpretation, telling a story with the data and proposing strategic options to achieve desired outcomes
- Stays abreast on leading practices and emerging trends in the HR space, Real Estate & Technology Industries; Identifies opportunities for JLL to adopt similar practices and work with the HR Enablement Team (HR PMO) to develop tactical action plans to achieve agreed outcomes
- Liaises effectively with other HR subject matter experts (SME) across HR Product Owners and Innovation and Strategy teams to source relevant information and expertise required
Project Management
- Leads projects relating to HR analytics and innovation, serving as a project manager: assigning, responsibilities and overseeing the development of deliverables, identifying risks, presenting findings to leadership, and measuring project impacts
- Excellent organization and time management skills with great attention to detail
Leadership
- Exhibits strong self-management and independent capability in building a book-of-work and advancing projects in support of agreed vision and stakeholder feedback.
- Displays exceptional communication skills—both orally and visually—with a focus on delivering via clear and effective data visualizations, storytelling, presentations, training engagements, and other interactions to HR and business leaders
- Cultivates collaborative relationships with People Partners, peers, and business leaders to create and enact change across the organization
Problem Solving
- Integrates multivariate problems into clear and quantified recommendations via hypothesis testing, creative storytelling, and executive presentations
- Operates with a continuous-transformation mindset, including ability to anticipate long-term consequences to decisions and ways to approach dealing with those potential realities
Interpersonal Skills
- Displays high attention to detail and strong English-language communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to forge relationships, build trust, and partner effectively within broader Workforce Insights & Analytics team, the I&S function, HR, and business stakeholders
- High degree of integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Experience
- Experience working with necessary data software (visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred)
- Experience leading a workstream on a variety of projects in the data, analytics, and/or innovation space
- Experience in HR consulting and solutioning
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
Technical Skills
- Proficiency skills in Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, PMO or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting
