Job summary

A key player in scientific instrumentation is seeking an Analytics Engineering Supervisor to manage the analytics ecosystem, ensuring accurate metrics and supporting business decision-making. This role will work closely with data engineering to maintain data pipelines and develop self-service reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in analytics engineering and excellent skills in KPI management and data governance. A hybrid work model is offered alongside benefits, including generous PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or related roles.
• Strong experience defining and managing KPIs and metrics across stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating business discussions and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and oversee enterprise semantic models and metrics.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner to business stakeholders.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data pipeline support.
