You will partner with teams across UX, CRO, Demand Gen, SEO, Brand, Identity, Product, and Data Science to deliver scalable and easy-to-use analytics solutions. This is a unique opportunity to grow as a subject matter expert (SME) in web analytics company-wide, working closely with Web Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Marketers to improve tracking infrastructure, data flows, and data utilization across a fast-evolving digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with Web and Development teams to implement and maintain scalable web analytics tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Segment.
  • Define and maintain structured data layer requirements to support analytics and marketing needs.
  • Configure and maintain key analytics tools, including GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Optimize data integration between the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and GA4
  • Support integration of web analytics data with BI platforms, data warehouses, and data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, S3, Segment).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all tracked platforms.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in tracking setup and manage data deletion requests in accordance with user consent in managed platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver performance-conscious, scalable tracking solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including merging three distinct brands/websites into a unified domain, expanding use of CDP-housed data within GA4, and streamlining internal analytics workflows using AI to reduce manual effort and increase stakeholder value.
  • Maintain tracking specifications, documentation, and internal enablement resources.
  • Support GA4 analysis and ad-hoc reporting requests (e.g., site performance, A/B tests, content engagement).
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Continuously drive improvements in tracking capabilities, data integrity, and stakeholder enablement.
