Job summary

Paystone seeks an Analytics Engineer to centralize data for its DataCandy platform, building and governing the customer data foundation in Databricks and surfacing insights via Salesforce to empower Customer Success and Account Management teams.

You will own end-to-end data models, develop consistent metrics, and surface opportunities and renewal risks to drive client success across North America.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on PySpark and Databricks experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines across Salesforce, transaction, product, onboarding, renewal, pricing and support data.
• Develop a governed Client 360 view connecting accounts, locations, products, terms, adoption and revenue.
• Define and document trusted metrics for GRR, NRR, churn, client health, time-to-value and renewal risk.
• Develop automated client health scoring and renewal-risk triggers across the portfolio.
• Surface actionable client insights in Salesforce to support Customer Success and Account Management teams.
• Prepare governed, high-quality datasets to support AI and agentic workflows.
