Ladders is seeking an Analytics Engineer 5 - Ads Identity & Signals to build the data foundations for identity resolution and graph analytics at scale. You will partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to improve match quality and data quality, translating complex identity concepts into actionable business insights.

You'll influence scalable pipelines, monitoring, and decision-making in a large-scale tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering at scale.
• Strong knowledge of graph data structures and graph analytics.
• Experience with identity resolution concepts including deterministic and probabilistic matching.
• Familiar with identity providers such as Experian, TransUnion, or LiveRamp.
• Strong SQL and Python for building and maintaining production data pipelines.
• Ability to design data models and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated collaboration across data engineering, software engineering, data science, and product teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Engineer 5 - Ads Identity & Signals to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will focus on building the data foundations that support identity resolution, entity matching, and graph-based analytics at scale. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to improve match quality, strengthen data quality, and translate complex identity concepts into clear business insights. The work will directly influence scalable pipelines, monitoring, and decision-making for a large-scale technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $330,000 – $566,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models and pipelines for identity graph construction and entity matching.
