• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Mentor cross-functional analytics teams and ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale analytics and transformation programs in finance.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive exposure.
• Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products.
