Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data with practical, scalable solutions.

You will work hands-on with Python, SQL, Snowflake, and cloud technologies, performing data analysis, data processing with PySpark, and building dashboards for stakeholders using Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in Tier-1 financial institutions, or global consumer banking.
• Strong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Hands-on with AWS (S3) and Snowflake.
• Understanding of banking/financial services data is must have.
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data profiling, and exploratory analysis.
• Experience analyzing, identifying, and documenting transformation logic and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into solution requirements.
• Work with large datasets using Python/PySpark (Databricks/Jupyter) for data processing and analysis.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g., CCAR, Basel, AML/KYC) and consumer financial data.
• Experience handling large-scale consumer banking, credit risk, or payment processing datasets.
• Consume and manage data from AWS S3 and integrate with downstream systems.
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing, modeling, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
