Bethanyswine in Pipestone, MN and Brandon, SD is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Digital Platform Specialist to turn data into actionable insights and optimize digital platforms across the organization.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI and Excel, analyze customer, employee, website and communication data, manage data quality, support CRM and email marketing, and help improve reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and data management.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities
